Vedení firmy tedy požádá Fantozziho vdovu Pinu o pramínek vlasů po zesnulém manželovi a pokusí se pana účetního naklonovat. Experiment se zdaří a vytoužený účetní Fantozzi je opět tady. Úslužnější a zdvořilejší než dříve, se vrhne znovu do práce a slouží šéfovi například jako ochotná rohožka...
